How do I use the Alpha Sponge?
Follow our simple Two-Step Reset.
Step 1 — The Activator: Wet the textured netting side, add soap, and gently wipe your skin in light, sweeping motions. Remember: Wipe, Don't Scrub — the Alpha-Knot™ netting does the work for you.
Step 2 — The Reservoir: Flip to the plush cotton side. It holds warm, soapy water to rinse you off, leaving your skin feeling soft and clean.
What makes this different from a regular washcloth or loofah?
Most washcloths only do one job. The Alpha Sponge gives you two tools in one.
The Activator side uses authentic African knotted nylon netting for exfoliation.
The Reservoir side uses soft, thick cotton. You get a complete wash without needing a separate loofah or scrubber. Good for the face and sensitive areas.

What size is the cloth, and what is the Soap Vault?
The cloth is a 10x10 inch square — large enough for full-body coverage but light enough to control with one hand. It also features The Soap Vault, a smart inner pocket sewn between the two sides. Just slip your bar of soap inside to create instant lather and stop dropping your soap on the shower floor!
How do I dry and care for my cloth?
Easy care is built in. The cotton side is thick and holds a lot of water, so after each shower give it a firm squeeze and hang it by the loop on a hook so it can dry quickly. You can also machine wash on cold (skip the bleach and fabric softener) and tumble dry on Medium or Low.
How does the 730-Day Stitch Guarantee work?
We trust our craftsmanship. If the stitching comes apart, the loop tears, or the seams unravel under normal washing conditions within your first two years (730 days), we'll replace it. Just register your cloth on our Guarantee Registration page, and if you ever have an issue, send us a photo through our Contact page.
Is this an actual sea sponge or a makeup sponge?
Neither! It is a premium exfoliation, dual-sided body washing cloth. The name "Alpha Sponge" reflects the soft, soapy feel of the wash — not the material. It is proudly Made in GHANA & USA, combining authentic netting with premium cotton.
Can I share this with my family, or use it on sensitive skin?
The soft cotton Reservoir side is gentle and great for sensitive skin. But just like a toothbrush, this is a personal care tool — we recommend every adult and teen in your home have their own cloth for the best hygiene.
