The full policy below covers how we handle your data, including how we work with TikTok, Shopify, Amazon, Meta, and Google.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Versa Care LLC ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit, interact with, or buy from versacare.co, or interact with us through any integrated platforms — including TikTok, Shopify, Amazon, Google, and Meta.
2. Information we collect
- Order & account info — name, email, shipping address, billing address, phone, items ordered. Collected through Shopify at checkout.
- Payment info — processed by our payment provider (Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
- Device & browsing data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time spent. Collected via cookies and analytics (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel).
- Communications — emails, chat messages, support tickets, feedback you send us.
- TikTok integration data — if you connect with us through TikTok (TikTok login, TikTok Shop checkout, granting our TikTok app permissions), we may receive your TikTok user ID, display name, profile picture, and aggregate engagement statistics about videos that mention our brand. This data flows from TikTok to us via the TikTok API and is also governed by TikTok's own Privacy Policy.
3. How we use your information
- To process and fulfill your orders, and communicate about them.
- To respond to support requests.
- To send marketing emails — only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our products, website, and customer experience.
- To run analytics on aggregate, de-identified usage data.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
4. How we share your information
We share information only with vendors and partners who help us run our business:
- Shopify — e-commerce platform.
- Payment processors — Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Stripe.
- Shipping carriers — USPS, UPS, FedEx, EasyPost.
- Email service providers — for transactional and marketing emails.
- Analytics & advertising — Google, Meta, TikTok. These receive aggregate or hashed identifiers, not your full personal information, and only if you've consented to non-essential cookies.
- TikTok — if you've connected via TikTok (TikTok Shop, TikTok login, affiliate workflow), we exchange the minimum data required to fulfill your order, attribute the sale, and follow up with you in line with your stated preferences.
- Legal compliance — when required by law or valid legal process.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Your rights
Wherever you live, you may:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your information — see Data Deletion Instructions.
- Withdraw consent for marketing or non-essential cookies anytime.
- Object to or restrict our use of your data.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA): the right to know, delete, correct, limit our use of sensitive personal information, and opt out of any "sharing" of your data. We do not sell personal information.
EU / UK / EEA residents (GDPR / UK GDPR): you may also object to processing, request data portability, lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority, and withdraw consent at any time. Our legal bases are contract performance (orders), legitimate interests (improving our products and preventing fraud), and consent (marketing).

6. TikTok-specific user rights
If you've connected with us via TikTok, you may revoke our app's access from your TikTok account settings at any time. Doing so stops further data flow between TikTok and us. You can also request that we delete any TikTok-derived data we hold by emailing support@versacare.co — see Data Deletion Instructions.
7. Children
Our products and Site are not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe a child has provided us their data, contact us and we'll delete it.
8. Data retention
Order and account information: as long as needed to provide service, comply with our tax and legal obligations, and resolve disputes — typically up to 7 years for accounting records. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. TikTok-derived data: typically no more than 24 months.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards: HTTPS in transit, encryption at rest where supported by our vendors, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to minimize risk.
10. International data transfers
If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate. We use Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards where required.
11. Cookies
First-party cookies for cart, login, and basic analytics. Third-party cookies (Google, Meta, TikTok) for advertising attribution only if you've consented via our cookie banner. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some Site features may break.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the last revision. Material changes will be flagged on the Site or by email if we have your address.
